What we want you to review and provide feedback on
The Planning Proposal for 415-417 Barry Way, Jindabyne (Lots 50, 95 and 111 DP756686) will be on public exhibition for 20 working days from Monday 18 May to Tuesday 16 June 2026, in accordance with the Gateway Determination received 10 December 2025.
The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone a part of the lot from C3 Environmental Management to R5 Large Lot Residential, with the C3 zone retained on the remainder of the lot, which would enjoy one dwelling entitlement. The subject site is intended to facilitate up to 26 large residential lots.
Snowy Monaro Regional Council is the designated Local Plan Making Authority under section 3.31 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Amendment to the Jindabyne Development Control Plan 2024
Also on public exhibition is a proposed amendment to the Jindabyne Development Control Plan 2024 (draft DCP). The purpose of the draft DCP is to provide site-specific development controls to guide the design, assessment and determination of any future development applications on the land (subject to the Planning Proposal being finalised).
