Bombala CBD Prioritisation

Supported by the NSW Government Stronger Communities Fund – Major Projects Program (SCFMPP), Snowy Monaro Regional Council is looking forward to partnering with the Bombala community to deliver economic and social improvements in the town's CBD.

Council is seeking community feedback to prioritise the proposed works in the CBD precinct to ensure the upgrades deliver best value for the community. The results of this survey will assist Council in the decision making process.

The area is broken into 5 separate stages. All stages have been designed for independent completition without impacting the overall improvements. The sketch below shows the 5 areas:

• Area 1 (Green) - River foreshore and viewing platform
• Area 2 (Red) - Therry Street - Streetscape and Pool carpark
• Area 3 (Orange) - Therry Street Square - additional 'green'carpark and community space
• Area 4 (Pink) - Forbes and Maybe St - Streetscape - Vegetation and planting upgrade only
• Area 5 (Blue) - Forbes and Maybe St - Streetscape - installation of garden beds, precinct areas, central island with solar lighting
