Amendments 2023/24 Fees and Charges

Thank you to everyone who submitted feedback during the public exhibition period that closed at 11.59pm Monday 23 October 2023.

Background

At the extraordinary Council meeting held on 29 June 2023 Council resolved to adopt the 2023/2024 fees and charges.

Since adoption, staff have identified some information that requires correction, some new fees requiring public consultation, and adjustments to the calculations of fees for various applications and certificates listed in Schedule 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.

How can you provide feedback?
