Draft Integrated Planning and Reporting Documents and 2026/27 Budget

We are seeking feedback on our draft Integrated Planning and Reporting documentation. Please submit your comments by 4pm Monday 18 May 2026.

What we want you to review and provide feedback upon

• Draft Delivery Program 2025-2029 (2026 revision)
• Draft Operational Plan 2026-2027, including Draft Revenue Policy 2026-2027
• Draft Fees and Charges 2026-2027
• Draft Revised Long Term Financial Plan 2026-2036

Councillors resolved to put the suite of documents on exhibition for 28 days from Monday 20 April 2026, closing 4pm Monday 18 May 2026. Council will undertake a range of community consultation and engagement activities within the public exhibition period of 28 days.

The suite of IPR documents sets out the priorities, direction and expected levels of service that our community expects over the lifespan of the document in question.

The principal activities and actions included in the Delivery Program and Operational Plan have been developed based on feedback from our community during the consultation that took place to develop the Snowy Monaro 2035 Community Strategic Plan.

Copies of the documents can be downloaded (right side of the screen or by scrolling down this page on your smartphone or tablet) from the document library, or hard copies will be available for viewing at our Council offices and libraries.
