Feedback invited on Council's audited 2022/23 Financial Statements

Snowy Monaro Regional Council's 2022/23 Financial Statements closed for public comment at 11.59pm on Tuesday 6 February 2024.

In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Snowy Monaro Regional Council advises that Council's audited Financial Statements and Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2023 were presented at the Ordinary Council Meeting held on Thursday 21 December 2023.

Copies of the audited Financial Statements are available on Council's website, the Your Say Snowy Monaro website (this page) and hard copies are available from every Council office.

Council's year-end 2022/23 Financial Statements are open now for public feedback and exhibition. The community is invited to submit their comments on these important documents during the exhibition period.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993, feedback and submissions relating to the Financial Statements will be received until 11.59pm Tuesday 6 February 2024, being seven days from the publication of this webpage and the public notice announcing this exhibition period.

All feedback will be considered by Council and referred to its External Auditors in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993.
