Consultation has concluded
Have your say on the future direction of Community Transport services in the Snowy Monaro
Snowy Monaro Regional Council is asking residents to have their say on the delivery of Community Transport Services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) across the region.
The information collected through this survey will assist Council to understand your needs now and into the future related to Community Transport services. Your views will support the development of a Community Transport Strategy that will guide decisions moving forward.
As background, Council receives funding from Transport for NSW and NSW Southern Local Health District to provide a Community Transport service to residents of the Snowy Monaro Region. This program is primarily run by valued volunteers from within our community. For equity of access, you must meet eligibility criteria to qualify for this subsidised service.
The survey will take approximately 12 minutes to complete and your participation in this survey is anonymous. Complete the survey NOW.
If you are completing a hard copy of this survey please return by COB Wednesday 30 May 2018 to any Council Office, email to council@snowymonaro.nsw.gov.au or post to PO Box 714 Cooma NSW 2630. If completing this on behalf of another person, please ensure responses reflect their current situation.
