Snowy Monaro Regional Council is calling on the community to have their say on the movements of heavy vehicles through Bombala's town centre.
As part of the Stronger Communities Fund Major Projects Program an options was undertaken to assess various alternatives to solve issues with heavy vehicles in Bombala's town centre.
Whether you're a resident in town, a visitor to Bombala or live elsewhere in the Snowy Monaro, your feedback is important. Council is seeking your feedback on the options identified (please see below) and would like you to prioritise the options.
Community consultation
An information session was held on Monday 9 September in the Bombala Community Centre. A strong turnout was on hand to listen to the options for addressing heavy vehicle movements through Bombala's town centre.
A community drop-in-session was held on Friday 13 September in the community centre from 10am to 12pm.
Online: A Your Say survey can be completed, please see below. Feedback open until 5pm Wednesday 9 October 2019.
In-person: A hard copy survey can be completed at any Council office.
