We are seeking feedback on the proposed draft planning agreement for 1 Old Kosciuszko Road, East Jindabyne. Submissions will close at 11.59pm on Monday 16 November 2026.

What we want you to review and provide feedback on

The draft proposed Planning Agreement for 1 Old Kosciuszko Rd, East Jindabyne (in parent lots of Part Lot 1 DP 1287138 and Part Lot 29 DP 236875 and identified as “LOT 4” and coloured green in drawing 2024002) will be on public exhibition from Monday 19 October to Tuesday 16 November 2026, in accordance with Section 7.4 Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

The draft Planning Agreement offer seeks to dedicate 11.44Ha of land zoned RE1 Public Recreation to Council for public recreation purposes, as part of a 185 lot subdivision within the East Jindabyne sub-precinct of the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct Masterplan, Jindabyne Growth Precinct.

The land is subject to a Biodiversity Management Plan for the site, with the land to be managed as a biodiversity conservation area in accordance with the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016.
