Consultation has concluded
Construction and site works at Cooma North Shops Playground are now complete.
The playground has been handed over to SMRC Facilities and was opened to the public on Wednesday 13 March 2019.
Cooma North Shops Playground is another project delivered through the Stronger Communities Fund Major Projects Program (SCFMPP).

Cooma North Shops Playground - Consultation Summary
Council would like to thank everyone who participated in providing valuable feedback for the Cooma North Shops Playground concept designs that will be delivered as part of the Stronger Communities Fund – Major Projects Program (SCFMPP).
The consultation period ran between 30 October 2018 and 16 November 2018. Please download the summary report here.
School 'Sneak Peak' - Tuesday 30 October 2018
The project team visited Cooma North Public School and Snowy Mountains Christian School on Tuesday 30 October 2018 with the students given the opportunity to review the designs before being released to the public. A real 'sneak peek' was offered to show large printouts of the layout and design of the new site and students could ask questions about the Cooma North Shops Playground or any of the playground projects being delivered.
