Consultation has concluded
The organisers of L’Étape Australia have asked Council’s Event Coordinator Deb Paton to receive suggestions from the local Berridale community about activities and ideas they would like to develop to make Berridale the most animated and crowded place of the race course.
Lateral Event Management have advised that the Sprint section is not something relevant according to the riders and it involves a lot of work and financial investment. Therefore, they will not be installing the Sprint section in 2018. However, they want to keep Berridale as one of the main and animated places of the race course. They love the green theme of Berridale, and Berridale will be this year the first Food Zone of the race course (it was the second one last year.
Please complete the below to provide your feedback on how we as a community to continue to enhance the Berridale stage of L’Étape Australia.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact Deb Paton:
If you would prefer to meet with Deb, please contact her to arrange a time to suit.
Your ideas and suggestions will be collated and passed on to the L’Étape Australia event team and you will have an opportunity to discuss them further with the L’Étape Australia project manager at a meeting which is planned for July. Please submit your feedback by the end of May 2018.
