Hey Berridale, help enhance the Berridale section of the 2018 L’Étape Australia event

The organisers of L’Étape Australia have asked Council’s Event Coordinator Deb Paton to receive suggestions from the local Berridale community about activities and ideas they would like to develop to make Berridale the most animated and crowded place of the race course.

Lateral Event Management have advised that the Sprint section is not something relevant according to the riders and it involves a lot of work and financial investment. Therefore, they will not be installing the Sprint section in 2018. However, they want to keep Berridale as one of the main and animated places of the race course. They love the green theme of Berridale, and Berridale will be this year the first Food Zone of the race course (it was the second one last year.
