Consultation has concluded
Snowy Monaro Regional Council is calling on the community to provide feedback on the support for the accreditation of the Bombala GP surgery.
At the Council meeting on 20 August 2020, Council resolved to support the accreditation of the Bombala Medical Centre by a one-off donation of $19,000 and to place the donation on public exhibition for a period of twenty-eight days in accordance with s.356(2) of the Local Government Act (1993).
Council currently supports Bombala health services through the provision of accommodation for the GP/visiting medical officer.
The currently unmet accreditation requirements that Council resolved to support are:
